David and his crew were great. They were quick to respond, explained things in detail and did incredibly clean work. They are certainly who I’ll be using for all my A/C needs from now on!
My experience with Cool Concepts and David was exceptional as always. We have had multiple units installed over the years and this time it was an emergency during the summer. They installed a brand new system and had us up and running within a few days.
Cool Concept Air Condtioining and Heating Services is a great supporter of the local community! Heidi was super easy to work with!
Would give more stars if possible. Eleven days without heat during record high temps trying to work with a different company. Cool Concepts diagnosed the REAL issue and got me up and running! Prompt. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Very reasonable pricing. Just outstanding service!!
Have used a couple different HVAC companies in the area for diagnostics, repairs and services. Hands down best experience was with Dave. He is knowledgeable, personable, fair and about the customer. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for anything HVAC related.
